RR's and EB's

Register Rewards @ Walgreens & Extra Bucks @ CVS What are they?    Every week Walgreens offer different amounts of Register Rewards (RR's)and CVS offers Extra Bucks ECB's) when you purchase certain items. RR's & ECB's are basically money in your hands, once you make the purchase and get the RR/ECB you can buy something else with it. On the Coke products I got a $10.00 RR so I then make a transaction using the RR which is like handing them $10.00. You can use during the same visit or on the next visit! Don't throw these away! Things you need to know when accumulating and redeeming RR's & ECB's
Different products offer different amounts, watch your sales fliers and look for products in the store that offer RR's & ECB's
Do NOT buy the same products in the same transaction, only buy the amount you need to get the RR/ECB. You can make more then one purchase and get another RR/ECB (See note at bottom) for the same product.
If you want to redeem more the one RR/ECB on one transaction you can however you must have as many items as you do RR's/ECB's and/or coupons.
What this means is.. say I have a $3.00 & a $1.00 RR I buy a $5.00 pkg of Toilet Paper, I also have a $1.00 coupon. So I am in reality wanting to redeem 3 coupons on 1 item. This will not work, so I will need what I call (filler items) Always look for cheap filler items if you need more items. Such as discontinued or clearance items. Seasonal items clearanced are always a good thing to look for also!

NOTE... CVS does limit the purchase of more then one item sometimes, make sure you read the small print in the ad.

This will be updated soon!
